Return & Refund Policy

At Advance Technology Systems, we are committed to selling high-quality electronics and computer accessories.

1. Returns for Defective Products Only We accept returns or exchanges only if the product you purchased is found to be effectively defective or dead on arrival (DOA). We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” incompatible purchases made without consulting us, or if the product has been physically damaged by the user.

2. Return Window You must report any technical defects to us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

3. How to Request a Return To report a defective item, please visit our store at 5th cross, Moorthy’s square, Thillai Nagar, Trichy or contact us at 9443223039. Please have your original bill/invoice ready.

4. Inspection & Resolution All returned items will be inspected by our technical team. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. Warranty claims after 3 days must be directed to the respective brand service centers (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo,Asus,Fingers,Epson,Canon) as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
